An agency that builds the site, the app and the backend.
HiveForge does software, web development, design and AI. Websites in 48 hours. Custom systems when a brochure site is not enough. You only pay if you are happy with the work.
What HiveForge actually does
Live work
Patch Access
A Wiltshire taxi operator system HiveForge built and still runs. Booking, staff desk, drivers, payments — click it.
Customer booking on the web, a staff desk for jobs and operators, driver tools, payments, maps and calendar. Same stack we would fork onto another operator's name.
- ✓Customer website and online booking
- ✓One-tap ping for a pickup
- ✓Admin desk and operator reconciliation
- ✓Driver portal
- ✓Android test apps (sideload, not store listings yet)
- ✓AI chat on the site
The HiveForge guarantee
I build it first. You only pay if you are happy. No deposit, no lock-in — if it is not right, you walk away owing nothing.
Adule, HiveForge
Who's actually doing this
No agency team, no computer science degree — just me. I've been coding as a hobbyist since 2020, building real sites and using AI to move faster. Most of what I know now came from that: learning how to prompt properly, how to say what you actually want so the AI gives you a usable answer instead of a guess, and which model is actually good at which job. Patch Access is what that looks like when it's not a side project — a real business running on it, every day.

What we ship
Products, not filler clients
Software, web, design and AI. The live example is Patch Access.
Websites
Marketing sites with booking or enquiry, live in 48 hours. Local SEO and a call button that actually works on a phone.
Software
Customer apps, staff desks, backends. Private fork onto your accounts — not a shared SaaS tenancy.
Design & AI
Brand on the product, not a logo sticker. Chat and automation where it saves a real job, not a gimmick widget.
What changes
Brochure site vs a working system
A brochure site versus the operator system we actually ship.
- ✕A page that looks fine on a laptop and dies on a phone
- ✕No way to book or ping while you are out
- ✕Jobs logged in a notebook or someone else's radio sheet
- ✕Chatbot theatre with no backend
- ✓Mobile-first site, live in 48 hours if that is the job
- ✓Booking, ping, or a full customer app
- ✓Admin desk, driver tools, payments, maps
- ✓AI that sits on the same stack as the rest of the product
